On June 4, 2015 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the decree №367, which approved the Order (ukr) of entry to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and exit from it.

According to the abovementioned Order foreigners and stateless persons enter the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and exit from it through the checkpoints only with the valid passport and special permission issued by the territorial bodies of the State Migration Service of Ukraine at the place of stay (residence) of foreigners and stateless persons.

In order to receive special permission a foreigner or a stateless person should submit the following documents: an application, passport, document which confirms the stay in Ukraine on the legal basis, copy of the document with personal data translated into Ukrainian, document which confirms the purpose of entering the occupied territory, document which confirms sufficient financial security for staying in Ukraine, three photos (size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm).

In case of violation of the order of entry and exit to / from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, persons will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
